Thanks to the recent fundraising by ‘Friends of St. Brigid’s’, we were delighted to welcome Nuala back for a six week block of Relax Kids. This week we heard all about the sloth and how he takes life slowly- something we all tried to do during the session. We had great fun with games, massage and breathing exercises. We can’t wait to next week!
