Forest school
14th May 2026
Thanks to RAPID funding, we were excited to be involved in two Northern Ireland Forest School workshops over the last few weeks. Mrs. McBride's class joined Dan for two morning sessions, where they learned to design and build shelters; thinking about stability, strength and staying dry. They also built nests and fires in a safe manner, making s'mores in the process. During these workshops they developed their creativity and teamwork skills, while having fun.
